but in the back of my mind also kinda scary considering how easy it is to peek into
the people's windows. and following the rapid development in computer industries, they'll
probably have this for every city in 5 years, and within 10 years prolly a video equivalent
for every city.... if not less!

I have no doubt. Just like some day the ability for anyone in the world to develop superviral weapons will be commonplace, and we have to be ready to prevent the extinction of the human race. With great power comes great responsibility.
